Listen up, hotshot.
You know why you're here? You're broke.

You owe the company 10 Crystals in debt.
That's what happens when you don't pay for your insurance...


Good news? We're not heartless.
Your only companion is your buddy, a space octopus we found somewhere.
You'll find more later... I think.


Throw him in a direction, he propels you forward. Physics, momentum, action-reaction.
You know the deal. Master it or die trying. Don't care. We have insurance for you.

CONTROLS

Left-click / tap: Fling something (or just air) in a direction. Congrats, physics says you'll go the opposite way.

Mouse wheel / tap the icon up top: Switch what you're throwing.


IMPORTANT

Bottom-right corner: That's your speed. Too fast? Enjoy your new crater on some rock/asteroid/station.

Also bottom-right: Oxygen bar. Run out? You die. Shocking, I know. So either dock often or pray to the void.

SURVIVAL TIPS

Use Buddies. Smart. Efficient. Recommended.

Switch with your wheel to burn oxygen for emergency... or if you like suffocating.

Smash rocks for propulsion? We've seen it. Not pretty.

Watch your speed. Asteroids don't bounce. You do. Well... you used to.


Only one neuron left? Keep in mind:
Collect those 10 crystals. Pay your debt at the station. Get home.

Welcome aboard. Try not to make a mess.


GAME JAM INFORMATION

Rules

The game was developed by 3 people from time to time... within the jam scope, of course.
The theme is "momentum" so this is the principal gameplay mechanic.
We picked 1.5 wildcards: buddy and you may find some ice asteroids (only visual so 0.5 for that one).

All assets are homemade, handcrafted and sometimes mouthcrafted for this game jam only (except the fonts Xolonium & Alphabot).
